Ettavay Franks of Deer Park, Washington passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. She was born in Durant, Oklahoma on December 8, 1945. She moved to the area from Oklahoma in 1985 and made it her forever home. She was preceded in death by her son Thomas Kelsey Jr. She is survived by her daughters & sons: Rhonda Armstrong & husband Charles; Charlotte Cousland & husband John; Kenneth Kelsey; Larry Kelsey & wife Krista; Jacob Kelsey & wife Samantha; 13 grandkids & 18 great grandkids. A Celebration of Life will beheld on Sunday, May 22 at Mix Park, 301 W. 4th Street, Deer Park at 1pm.
