The 14th Annual Fall Festival of Homes presented by the Spokane HomeBuilders Association is set for the weekends of September 28-30 and October 5-7. Free to the public, this year’s tour features 30 homes in Spokane and surrounding communities from 20 of Spokane’s finest builders.

Whether you are working on becoming a first time homeowner, downsizing, or are simply ready for a change, the Fall Festival of Homes is one of the best opportunities to find your new home.

Builder Comparison

Simplify your research process which typically requires scheduling many individual appointments. With a wide variety of home builders and available homes, Fall Festival of Homes presented by the Spokane Home Builders Association allows you the luxury of speaking directly with the builders one-on-one without having to schedule multiple appointments.

Trends in Home Design

The homes featured in the Fall Festival of Homes give you a personal look at current layout trends, smart home technology capabilities, eco-friendly building techniques, and interior design ideas.
