2021 Hottest Landscaping Trends

Summer weather is almost here, and landscaping can really add value to your home by making your yard look beautiful. Here are some of this year’s hottest trends, according to Matt Barton, President of Coppercreek Landscaping.

Covered patios and decks with outdoor heating and firepits are on the top of people’s list. Also, ways to entertain guests such as TVs, outdoor speakers, and tech to get the party going.

Buyers are way ahead of the City with xeriscaping and creating drought resistant gardening. This way when they are gardening it is done sustainably, and they are making some awesome homemade dishes with fresh-from-the-garden ingredients.

Pools
Who doesn’t love a pool party? Not many. Pools are on fire with more people staying at home and skipping the crowded public pools. Most buyers are trying to imagine drinking margaritas in Mexico while they lay by a pool in the comfort of their own backyard. “People want to have that mini resort in their backyard,” Barton said.
