Spokane Home Builders Association’s Fall Festival of Homes recently took place on September 23rd and 24th, and October 1st and 2nd. The largest scattered open home show in the Spokane area featured 11 builders showcasing 13 newly constructed custom homes and 4 Neighborhood Spotlights. Homes featuring Scandinavian architecture, open floor plans, and European elegance could all be seen. With well over 1000 attendees, Fall Festival of Homes gave the public the opportunity to learn firsthand from builders and designers about the latest trends in home renovation, architecture, and interior design.
