MaryAnn DuffeyMaryann Duffey

December 1st, 1955 - January 3rd, 2025

Born December 1st, 1955, in Yakima WA, MaryAnn Duffey of Spokane passed away on January 3rd, 2025. MaryAnn graduated from Buena Park High School in Buena Park, California in 1973 and moved to Spokane not long after.

MaryAnn was an independent spirit and lived life doing things she loved. She became an auctioneer and lent her considerable talent and expertise to selling cars and working with antiques, often using her voice to help raise money for her favorite local charities. She owned her own business in Hillyard, traveled the country selling collector cars, and could be seen in recent years riding around the city on her motorcycle with her adoring dogs in the sidecar.

MaryAnn was a beloved daughter, sister, friend, and dog momma. She created community wherever she went; she talked to anyone and everyone because she was genuinely interested in their lives. She loved making a deal work and was an avid Costco shopper. Her vibrant spark lives on in the cherished memories she left with so many.

MaryAnn joined her mother, Agatha, and father, Charles, in Heaven and is survived by her brothers Pat and Steve, countless friends and fans, as well as her dogs Oliver, Otis, and Molly, who are in the gentle care of close friends.
